Yes animals can produce offsprings ..even without formation of zygote by ASEXUAL REPRODUCTION
like budding,regeneration,binary fission,fragmentation,gemmae,Spore Formation,vegetative propagtion...etc

-Producing offspring without zygote formation is definitely possible. The process is called parthenogenesis.  

-In this process, an egg develops into an offspring on its own.

- It is a form of asexual reproduction takes place in some animals and plants.

- In animals, the development of an offspring takes place from an in-fertilized egg

- Honey bees, aphids, mites,, some scorpions, nematode, fleas and many more exhibit parthenogenesis.
