( \frac{ - 6}{7} )^{ - 3}  \\ ( \frac{ - 7}{6} )^{3}  =  > ( \frac{ - 7 \times  - 7 \times  - 7}{6  \times 6 \times 6} ) \\  \frac{ - 343}{216}

Answer:

( -6/7) ^-3

=> ( -6^-3)/(7^-3)

=> ( 6×6×6)/{(-7)×(-7)×(-7)}

=> 216/-943....
