Can any eukaryotic dna be inserted into prokaryotic dna

A matter of fact yes it can be inserted but there will be no output because our DNA is not like virus(bacteriophages) that it can replicate it self inside the cell and then break the cell and be independent to attack another prokaryote (like bacteria) .

But our DNA is advanced so nothing will occur it can stay forever or be thrown out by cell But it can be physically impossible to insert our cell DNA inside a prokaryote because inside a single cell in nucleus there is 2metre long DNA larger than my height
