Can any object have momentum even if it's mechanical energy is zero? Explain why

As we know

Mechanical energy = K.E. + P. E.
IF M.E.=0 then K.E. =0

K.E. = mc²/2 and here velocity (c) become zero

And momentum = mass x velocity
So momentum =0
