Can any object possess mechanical energy even if its momentum is zero?

If potential energy of a body is not 0.

Yes,Zero momentum means zero kinetic energy but you still can still have potential energy with zero momentum like a when you hold a object above the sea level. So, having potential energy means object will have Mechanical Energy.
