Relative pronoun are 'Wh' words often used to combined two sentences...Like ho, which, whom, what, where, etc...
e.g.
There are two sentences relating to each other...
a) She is girl.
b) I met her yesterday.
So, if we combined them with a relative pronoun,
• She is the girl whom I met yesterday.
Another example...
a) This is a house.
b) I was born here.
•This is the house where I was born.
