1) prokaryotic
2) eukaryotic
difference:--
- the nuclear material is membrane bounded in eukaryotes whereas it is present in cytoplasm in prokaryotes.
- cell organelles are membrane bound in eukaryotes but in prokaryotes they are not membrane bounded.
