climate is a measure of time. Weatheris what conditions of the atmosphere are over a short period of time, andclimate is how the atmosphere "behaves" over relatively long periods of time.

Anonymous: Weather is the condition of the atmosphere over a short period of time at any one place. Climate, however, is the average condition of the atmosphere over a large area and for a long period of time.
