Can any one give an example of asl (assessment of speaking and listening skills) listening skills audio

asl. for asl u get a worksheet and  then u listen to an audio ( with full instructions) for 1 time, u get some time to fill the answers and then again that audio is repeated. just like this the whole worksheet is filled and submitted
