r=8
we want to find h(height)
l square=r square +h square
so,17 square =8 square +h square
to find height,
289-64=√225
so the answer is 15

h=height
l=slant height
r= radius

h^2 = l^2 - r^2
=17^2-8^2
=289-64
=225
=√225
=15
height= 15cm

2). Problem..
sorry, i am not sure.

3) Problem..
In a cube diagonal= √(3)^2+(3)^2
=√9+9
=√18
=3√2cm.

4). Problem..
volume of cuboid = Lbh
= 6×5×2
=60cm^3

30cm^3piece of timber should be fit in rectangular box.
