1.why should vehicles be constantly checked for pollution

2.what kind of parameters should be checked in vehicles

as the vehicles run on petrochemical they generally release lots of oxides of nitrogen and sulphur, just to reduce this catalytic covetrors are fitted and we have to get regular inspection of vehicles
