 \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:   \frac{ {3}^{m}  \times  {3}^{6} }{ {3}^{ - 3} }  =  {3}^{18}  \\  =  >  \frac{ {3}^{m + 6} }{ {3}^{ - 3} }  =  {3}^{18}  \\  =  >  {3}^{m + 6 - ( - 3)}  =  {3}^{18}

Now , equate the powers when bases are same .

 \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: m + 6 - ( - 3) = 18 \\  =  > m + 9 = 18 \\  =  > m = 18 - 9 \\  =  > m = 9
