Can any one solve it- The present cost of a mobile phone is ₹15000. If it's value decrease every year by 5%, find its cost 2 years ago.

Today the cost of the mobile = ₹ 15,000

5% of 15,000 = 15,000*5 / 100

= ₹ 750

Before one year the cost would be 15,000 + 750 = ₹ 15,750

The 5% of ₹15,750 = 15,750 * 5 / 100

=787.5

Two yrs ago the cost of the mobile would be 15,750 + 787.5

= ₹ 16,537.5
