 \sin(x + 10)  =  \cos(3x - 68)  \\  \sin( \alpha )  =  \cos(90 -   \alpha  )  \\  \cos(90 - (x + 10))  =  \cos(3x - 68)

now by comparing angles :

80 - x = 3x - 68 \\ 148 = 4x \\ x = 37
