ie sin theta=cos(90-theta) and vice versa

2.we know that

tan(90-theta)=cot theta

thus then

tan theta×cot theta

=1

3.so here (sec theta-1)(sec theta+1)=1/3

thus sec.square theta-1=1/3

so we know that sec.square theta-1=tan.square theta

hence tan.square theta=1/3

so taking square roots in both sides

we get

tan.theta=1/√3

so now using

1+tan.square=sec.square

ie 1+(1/3)=sec.square

i.e. 3+1/3=sec.square theta

so sec.square theta=4/3

thus then

cos.square theta=3/4

taking square roots on both sides

we get

cos theta=√3/2
