(i) Hypermetropia

(ii) •Low converging power of eye lens because of weak action of ciliary muscles.

•Abnormal shape of the cornea.

Explanation:

(1)it's showing hypermetropic defect ..

bcz in this the image formed behind the retina and the person can't able to see the nearby object.

(2) its causes long sightness where people can't able to see nearby object.

(3) it's should correct by convex lens.
