see i personally got 93.5percent(in2019) by studying seriously for 2.5 months.here are the books that I would recommend:
1)Pradeep chemistry and physics (contain cbse activities that come on exam and get u 12 marks)
2)if not Pradeep,then mtg foundation course is very consise.
for maths:
1)i myself scored 75/80 in maths by studying NCERT,it is actually sufficient(do complete miscellaneous exercises as questions directly come from it).Also u can solve exemplar.
Although I solved 10th R.D SHARMA,in class9.

My life saver was OSWAAL'S QUESTION BANK for all subjects.

Because from personal experience it you first do the examples than you donot need a mentor . So many Q for practice easy language . And to make the basic concept clears . Caution = may find some wrong answers or Q . But this happen in famous books also so it's not a problem .
Warning this is an old book I dont now you find it in 2019 .
