can any one tell me how to delete answer if it is wrong????

On this websites only moderators can delete the answer you can do this and a thing you can do is report the answers and then when the moderators see the reported answer and feel that the answer is wrong they can delete it.

only the moderator can delete your question and answer .we can't x
do this
