Here's the formulas

CYLINDER

Area of cross-section = πr²

Perimeter of cross-section = 2πr

Curved Surface area = 2πrh

Toatal surface area = 2πrh + 2(πr²)

                                = 2πr(h+r)

volume = πr²h

HOLLOW CYLINDER

Thickness of its wall = R - r

Area of cross-section = π (R²- r²)

External curved surface = 2πRh

Internal curved surface = 2πrh

Total surface area = 2πRh + 2πrh + 2π(R² - r²)

CONE

volume = \frac{1}{3}\pi r^{2}

curved or laeral surface area = \pi rl

total surface area = πrl + πr² = πr (l + r)

SPHERE

volume = \frac{4}{3} \pi r^{3}

...............= volume of material in the sphere

surface area = 4πr²

SPHERICAL SHELL

volume = \frac{4}{3}\pi (R³-r³)
