a=201
d=197-201=-4
An=5
n=?
if the value of n is positive then 5 will be the member of AP
An=a+(n-1)d
or 5=201+(n-1)-4
or 5-201=(n-1)-4
or-196=(n-1)-4
or-196÷-4=(n-1)
or (n-1)=49
therefore,n=49+1=50
hence 5 is in the 50th term of AP answer
