Yes it's an easy one

I never believe in giving complete solutions as it will not help you in any way to learn something on your own from the difficulty of questions

Let in 4 m tension be T1

and in 3 m tension be T2

Since system is in equilibrium

It will be in equilibrium both in horizontal and vertical directions

So

Horizontal components of force balance each other as : -

T1 sin 53° = T2 sin 37°

T1 * ( 4/5 ) = T2 * ( 3/5 )

4 T1 = 3 T2

T2 = ( 4/3 ) T1

Vertical components of force balance each other as : -

T1 cos 53° + T2 cos 37° = mg = W

T1 * ( 3/5) + T2 * ( 4/5) = W

3 T1 + 4 T2 = 5 W

3 T1 + 4 * ( 4/3 ) T1 = 5 W

25 T1 = 15 W

T1 = ( 3/5 ) W

Calculate T2 yourself as homework
