Firstly there's a small flaw in the question i.e., the reactant is NH₄HS

NH₄HS(s)  →  NH₃(g) +  H₂S(g)

Δn = moles of gaseous products - moles of gaseous reactants

= 2-0 = 2

From the relation between Kp and Kc,

Kp = Kc (RT)∧(Δn)

Kp = Kc(RT)²

Hope it helps!!
