Eid al-Fitr is an important religious holiday celebrated by Muslims worldwide that marks the end of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting.

Muslims keep a fast (roza) on this day.

Sweet dishes like Sweeviya and there are made on this day.

Celebrate at the end of Ramadan.

They attend an Eid prayer.

Celebrate with sweet food and family,
regional traditions include dates, halwa, falooda, cookies with milk, baklava, and vermicelli noodles.

Give gifts to young people.

Give to the poor.

Eid-ul-fitar is celebrated by Muslims.

It is celebrated because when Prophet Mohammad sallalaho Alaiye vassalam
brought The Holy book = Quran majid .

We have to fast in the month of ramdan in daylight

It is also been proved from science that doing fast in a year for 25-30 days 9-10 hrs can reduce the risk of having cancer.

When our body is felling hunger it starts to consume the bacteria which can cause cancer.

Not only we don't have to eat & drink but also be away of bad words.

People go to mosque to do taraweeh

They give zakaat (charity)  to poor people .

After sunsets that is after azaan of magrib namaaz breaking of fast happens family and friends get to gather to eat food.

At the time of eid people go to mosque for prayer of eid

They buy new clothes and wear.

Make many sweet dishes.

Like faaluda, seviya etc.........

Childrens are given eedi (amount of money)

They give food to poor .

On this day they attend extra for prayer for Allah

Hope it helps
