Our receptors sense the stimuli and then send the message to our neurons in the form of an electric impulse. This electric impulse travells through our body and then pass the information to the brain. The brain then passes the information to the muscle cells. When the muscle cells receive any information, they changed their shapes by the proteins present in them. That's how the muscles moves.
