CAN ANYBODY HAVE THE BRAIN TO SOLVE IT PROPERLY

does not change because as one particle is increased by 15% the other is decreased by 50% the masses are balanced hence there is no change in force of attraction between them

but when i solve it mathematically my answer is coming 25% decrease

I think that there was no change because the mass of one object is increased by 50% and other object mass was 50% decreased then the equation was balanced
