Capacitor directly connected to A    & Directly connected to B  are parallel to each other

Capacitance in parallel gets added

Hence C + C = 2C

now this each 2C  is in series with C

and Parallel to Each other

2C  & C  in series   =  1/(1/2C + 1/C)  = 2C/(1 + 2)  = 2C/3

2C/3  & 2C/3  in parallel

=> 2C/3 + 2C/3

= 4C/3
