If it is on west of greenwich median than substract the calculated time from actual time of GMT and if it is on east than add

so 30×4=120 minutes or 2 hour

at 0° = 12:00 noon
so at place A 30° east = 12+2=14 or 2:00 noon

similarly at B 40° west= 12-(4×40=160 or 2:40 minutes)=9:20 morning
