Answer:

( {5}^{0}  +  {6}^{ - 1} ) \times  {3}^{2}  \\  = (1 +  \frac{1}{6} ) \times 9 \\ ( \frac{6 + 1}{6} ) \times 9 \\  \frac{7}{6}  \times 9 =  \frac{21}{2}
