area = 3/4 × 10000

= 7500m²

so, 7500 = x × 3x

3x² = 7500

x² = 2500

x = √ 2500

x = 50

l = 50
b = 150

Perimeter = 2 ( 50 + 150 )

= 400m

let the length=x and breadth= 3x

area of field=3/4 *10000m^2              (since 1 hectare = 10000m^2)

l*b=3*2500

x*3x=3*2500

x^2=2500

x=50

length= 50

breadth=3*50=150

perimeter of field= 2*(l+b)

                            =2*(50+150)

                             =2*200

                               =400m
