so, we have 3 * C = B or 3 C = 10 + B or 3 C = 20 + B
1) 3 C = B
then middle digits: B+B+B = 3 B = 10+B or 20+B
=> B = 5 or 10. But B should be multiple of 3 as 3 C = B.

2) 3 C = 10 + B
then middle digits: 3 B + 1 = 10 + B or 20 + B
then B is a fraction. so it is not right.
3) 3 C = 20 + B
