This happens when phone restrict google play store background data consumption...
Isko disable kar do and download it again...
Steps To Disable background data restriction:
1) Open your device's Settings app .
2) Tap Data usage
3) Cellular data usage.Make sure you're viewing the network for which you want to view or restrict app data usage.
4) Scroll down and tap the Google Play Store .
4) Tap Background data
6) Unrestricted data usag
