Can anybody tell me the very perfect settings at which I can atleast run gta v on my i5 8th gen, 8 gigs of ram and intel uhd 620 ? ( Laptop )

Yes you can run the game on you're laptop or pc with you're mentioned graphic card but it wont give you the smoothness to play that game. It is recommended that you should have at least a 2gb graphic card to play the game smoothly.
