To become a moderator, you'll have to oblige with every single rule offered. You'll have to abide the policies, and will have to protect them from any sort of violation, either by your side or the other.
If good enough, you'll be directly appointed and will be taught, else they'll make you a Brainly Star to teach you from the beginning. Neither points, nor the number of brainliest answers are required. I was asked for the rank of an apprentice, but in the end I denied. Anyway, as far as I'm aware, they have powers to send edits, delete an answer or comments as a whole. They cannot be reported or blocked either.
Higher ranked moderators have more powers that I know not. Ask BrainlyYoda, or Haezel for more info. That's all I can vomit.
