There is no vaccine so far... But I personally think that mixing the medicine for fever cold and bronchitis may help... Hehe
How any vaccine is made:
First the genome of the pathogen is sequenced and the surface antigens are identified
There are 3 main types of vaccines - live attenuated, recombinant, inactivated vaccine.
In simple words a live attenuated vaccine is made by deleting those genes from the virus which cause the disease in humans
Inactivated vaccine by killing the virus and injecting the dead one
Recombinant by genetic engineering
This vaccine is then injected to laboratory animals ( animal trials) to check for any side effects
Then human trials to check how effective the vaccine is
If everything goes well then it is put up for public use
As for a covid vaccine ..WHO stated that there might not be an effective vaccine because the stains of Corona virus are changing.
But many countries claim that they are doing human trials right now for potential vaccines
