2, is the right option, it is given that it is uniform body i.e rigid body. therefore the velocity at each place and every particle would be same

The velocity of a tangent of the object is V•

The object is uniform and spherical { symmetrical } hence it's center of mass is the point O.

The velocity is equal at all the symmetrical points of contact.

Hence the velocity of the object at O is equal to the velocity of the tangencial point.

Hence Velocity at O is V•

Hence the answer is option ||
