1. Amplitude - the distance measured of intensity of sound. A large amplitude mean a loud voice and small amplitude means soft voice
frequency - The no. of oscillation and vibration per sec. It is measure in a unit called Hertz
2. Time period- The time taken by a pendulum to complete one oscillation
frequency- the no.of oscillation and vibration per sec.
3 Infrasound - the sound wave with frequency lower than 20 hz
Ultrasound - the sound wave with frequency more than 20,000 hz

4. Music - if the sound is produced with regular vibration. It is pleasing to the ear is called music

❤️Voice Box in Human❤️

Imagine that you are in a hurry. Try to call your friend with a louder voice. Put your hand on your throat and observe what is happening? Do you feel any vibrations?
Sound is produced by the voice box or the larynx in humans.
‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
Swallow the saliva while swallowing put your fingers on the throat.
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
The part which moves when you swallow is known as voice
box, which is at the upper end of the windpipe. Two vocal cords are stretched across the voice box

When lungs force air, vocal cords vibrate produce sound. When the vocal cords are tight and thin, the type or quality of voice is different from that when they are loose and thick.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
⏯️1)The muscle of vocal cords are completely relaxed due to which the vocal cords are separated and loose so that air from the lungs passes through them without producing any sound. When we are not talking or singing ,the two vocal cords are far apart with a lot of gap between them.

⏯️2)When we want to speak ,the muscles of vocal cords contract due to which the two vocal cords become stretched and close together leaving only a narrow slit between them. The lungs pass a current of air between the two vocal cords. This air makes the vocal cords vibrate. And the vibrating vocal cords produce sound. When we talk or sing we actually make our vocal cords vibrate. And vibration of vocal cords by expelled air produce vocal sounds.
