With the way the question is worded, all ten are still in the tank. If you meant to ask how many were left alive, the answer is seven. The two 'drowned' are included in the three dead. The 4 that 'swam away' could have only swam away to another part of the tank. There's seven life fish in the tank and three dead for a total of ten.
