Tip : All u gotta do for this kind of sentence transformation is take out the not and put an alternative word for it keeping the meaning of the sentence the same.

for example : 1. not kind = unkind

                      2. not helpful = unhelpful

                      3. not regular = irregular

Although for some sentences you might have to reconstruct the entire sentence but u will get a hold of that with practice.
