Can anyone be genetically be safe from incurable diseases?

For example ,If a person has a gene that prevents HIV to spread and if the blood of that person is transfused. Will the person getting the blood be HIV proof to?

No. Incurable diseases await death.

A person having incurable disease will die not only because of the specific pathogen but will die due to other diseases as the immume system would be weak.

There will be no medicines to cure them.

But geneticall there can be a cure which is also known as variation.
But still there are no genes found against incurable diseases.

you can just transfuse his blood with someone's else

because there are many chances that the recipient's body will reject it

we need to consider different types of antigens , blood group as well as rhesus too before transfusing.
