"Have to mainly expresses general obligations, while must is used for specific obligations" -
That sort of means that you use "have to" as if to describe generalized things such as I have to wake up early tomorrow. the meaning is definitely understood from one portion of the facts.
While "must" is used to describe specific situations. Take the same sentence again.
I must wake up early tomorrow. And there is this question of "why"? And hence, specificity is necessary. I must wake up early tomorrow to catch a flight. That is specific.
