Yes, you can continue with English for ur pg if u have done ug in that subject but if u are aiming to change the subject for masters then u must check the colleges that allow u to pursue a different subject from ug and you must crack the entrance examination for post graduation. If you want to change suppose from English you can easily shift to journalism and mass communication , linguistics and film studies but if you want to pursue History, political science and other subjects then you may do it by distance course and there are limited colleges and universities who allow such on the basis of entrance examination.
