can anyone explain me about article no. 15 n 17

Articke 17 of the constitution states that untouchability has been abolished what this mean is that no one can hence forth prevent dalits from educating themselves , entering temples, using public facilities, etc.



article 15 of the constitution notes that no citizen of india shall be discriminated against on the basis of religion , race , caste , sex or place of birth

Article 15 means prohibition of discrimination on the ground of cast creed .
Article 17 means abolition of untouchables
