bond order is the difference between bonding and antibonding of a molecule divided by two.

Bond order is the difference between the bonding and the antibonding of a molecule which is divided by 2.
BOND ORDER(B.O.)= Nb-Na➗2
If Nb(no.of bonding) is more than Na( no.of antibonding) then the molecule exists.
If Nb is less than Na then the molecule doesn't exists.
