Answer:

"A long walk to freedom "

Nelson Mandela recollects his childhood where he ran , swam and rode on the bull's back freely . But , with the passage of times he understood that his boyhood freedom was an illusion . He understood that his freedom had been taken away from him . He longed for the freedom for small things like staying out at night , reading what he pleased and going where he choose .

Later as a young man in Johannesburg he yearned for the basic and honourable freedom of not being obstructed to lead a lawful life . It made him develop hunger for freedom . As time passed he slowly saw that it was not only he who was not free . He joined the African National Congress to give them freedom to make them live their lives with dignity and self-respect .

This desire transformed him a frightened young man into a bold one a law a biding attorney into a criminal , a family loving husband into a man without a home . Nelson Mandela feels that the man who takes away another's freedom is a prisoner of hatred , robbed of humanity . He believes that both the oppressed and the oppressor like are robbed of their humanity .
