Yes Time travel to future is possible through black hole because according to theories. Black holes had much gravity as light can also doesn't escape from it.
According to the theory of relativity, gravity affects time. The higher gravity, the slower time. So when you go near black hole your time will be slow but The Earth time will be faster. Amd when you come, the time of Earth will have gone forward. And we consider this as time travel to the future.
