can anyone explain ...............the equations for uniformly accelerated motion...............its confusing

The three equations of motion, v = u+at; s= ut+(1/2)at^2 and v^2 = u^2+2as

Here, acceleration is a, initial velocity is u, displacement is s and velocity v.

It is also referred as the SUVAT equations.
