A reduced passive sentence is a sentence and then eliminate the pronoun and it will reduce the number of words in the sentence.

It will make the sentence seem a little broken, but it is the right way to construct the sentence.

An example of a regular passive sentence would be " The cat that was cleaned yesterday is jumping", and a sentence which is in the reduced passive construction is, " The cat cleaned yesterday is jumping".
