Answer:

What is the surface area of an open cuboid box having each edge as 5cm?

What is the best course to learn electric vehicle development?

There are several methods of doing this question .

But the easiest one is given below:-

First find Total Surface Area of whole cuboid which is ,

Given,

Length (l) = 5cm

Breadth (b) = 5cm

Height (h) = 5cm

TSA of cuboid = 2(l*b+b*h+h*l)

= 2(5*5+5*5+5*5)

= 2(25+25+25)

= 2(75)

= 150 sq cm

Now , we know that box is open from top so we have to subtract Area of rectangle from TSA .

Area of rectangle = l*b

= 5*5

= 25 sq cm

Now,

The surface area of open cuboidal box

= TSA of cuboidal box - Area of rectangle

= 150 - 25

= 125 sq cm

Hence,

Answer - 125 sq cm

Answer:

Length of the cuboid = 20 cm

Breadth of the cuboid = 15 cm

Height of the cuboid = 10 cm

Therefore, volume of the cuboid = length × breadth × height

= (20 × 15 × 10) cm³

= 3000 cm³
