Good Morning Sir , and my dear friends ,

As today you all have selected me as the class monitor , on the occasion  I want to thank you all to trust me as a worthy person to the rank . I am really happy about this and do not know how to express my feelings to you all . On this occasion I also want to assure you all that I would look up after all the duties and responsibilities of the monitor . I also want to state that I would never be partial to anybody . I thereby promise that I would not disappoint my friends and teachers .
