 \frac{5(5 - 7x)}{10}  = 8 - 4x - 6

25 - 35x = 10(2 - 4x)

25 - 35x = 20 - 40x

40x - 35x = 20 - 25

5x =  - 5

x =  \frac{ - 5}{5}

x =  - 1
